Hotel Block: The hotel block is accessible via a link in your registration confirmation email. Once you have completed registration, use that link to book your hotel. Transportation to Epic’s Verona campus will be provided from hotels in the block.

Hotel Rates: Hotel rates in the Open@Epic 2025 hotel block range from $139 to $309 per night (plus a 15.5% hotel tax). These rates are only available via the Open@Epic hotel block.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: The last day to cancel any reservation for Open@Epic 2025 is September 22, 2025 by 4:00 PM CDT. Those who cancel reservations after this deadline will be charged the equivalent of one (1) night room & tax. If you do not cancel reservation(s) and do not check in on the scheduled date (no-show), you may be charged the full amount of all reservation nights plus applicable taxes.

Free onsite parking is available for Open@Epic attendees in the Yoda parking garage. Follow signage to “Customer Parking”.
