This table contains the list of claim headers or line IDs that make up an encounter. It is used only for data derived from Claims.

	The unique identifier (.1 item) for the document record.
2	CONTACT_DATE_REAL	FLOAT	No
	A unique contact date in decimal format. The integer portion of the number indicates the date of contact. The digits after the decimal distinguish different contacts on the same date and are unique for each contact on that date. For example, .00 is the first/only contact, .01 is the second contact, etc.
3	GROUP_LINE	INTEGER	No
	The line number of the source claim in the received document. Together with DOCUMENT_ID and CONTACT_DATE_REAL this forms the foreign key to the DOCS_RCVD_ENCOUNTERS table.
4	VALUE_LINE	INTEGER	No
	The line number of one of the multiple source claim lines associated with the received document and the encounter from the DOCS_RCVD_ENCOUNTERS table.
5	CONTACT_DATE	DATETIME	No
	The date of this contact in calendar format.
6	EVENT_SRC_CLAIM_LN	VARCHAR	No
	This column stores the claim header or claim line ID of a list that is associated with an encounter.
