	The line number for the information associated with this contact.

	The line number of one of the multiple values associated with a specific group of data within this contact.

	The date of this contact in calendar format.
6	HX_EX_SET_ID_RA_C_NAME	VARCHAR	No
	The Risk Adjustment set IDs that have loaded this particular set of demographics with this effective date. May contain organization-specific values: Yes No Entries Defined
