Description:

Stores the isolates for the susceptibility tests that should be included when result routing to the corresponding submitter recipient. The corresponding susceptibility test keys are stored in LAB_SUSC_PREFS_TEST.

	The line number for the information associated with this contact.

	The line number of one of the multiple values associated with a specific group of data within this contact.
5	CONTACT_DATE	DATETIME	No
	The date of this contact in calendar format.
6	LAB_SUSC_PREFS_ISOLATE_IDENT	VARCHAR	No
	Stores the isolates for the susceptibility tests that should be included when result routing to the corresponding submitter recipient. The corresponding susceptibility test keys are stored in LAB_SUSC_PREFS_TEST.
