	The contact serial number (CSN) of the contact.
2	LINE	INTEGER	No
	The line number for the information associated with this contact. Multiple pieces of information can be associated with this contact.
3	NOTE_ID	VARCHAR	No
	The unique identifier for the note record.
4	CONTACT_DATE_REAL	FLOAT	No
	A unique contact date in decimal format. The integer portion of the number indicates the date of contact. The digits after the decimal distinguish different contacts on the same date and are unique for each contact on that date. For example, .00 is the first/only contact, .01 is the second contact, etc.
5	CONTACT_DATE	DATETIME	No
	The date of this contact in calendar format.
6	DICT_MRG_HNO_ID	VARCHAR	No
	Contains the IDs of the note records that this note has been merged with.
7	DICT_MRG_HNO_CSN	NUMERIC	No
	The contact serial number (CSN) of the note records this partial dictation note has been merged with.
8	DICT_MRG_HNO_CONTACT_DATE_REAL	FLOAT	No
	A unique contact date in decimal format. The integer portion of the number indicates the date of contact. The digits after the decimal distinguish different contacts on the same date and are unique for each contact on that date. For example, .00 is the first/only contact, .01 is the second contact, etc. This column is the unique contact date of the merged note.
