This table contains no-show documentation. When patients do not arrive for an appointment, they are marked as a no-show. Each no-show can have an associated action, outcome and comment. All of this documentation is displayed in this table.

	The line number for the information associated with this contact. Multiple pieces of information can be associated with this contact.
3	PAT_ID	VARCHAR	No
	The unique ID of the patient record for this row. This column is frequently used to link to the PATIENT table.
4	NO_SHOW_COMMENT	VARCHAR	No
	The no show comments entered by the user.
