	The unique ID of the patient record for this row. This column is frequently used to link to the PATIENT table.
2	LINE	INTEGER	No
	The line number for the information associated with this record. Multiple pieces of information can be associated with this record.
3	DOCUMENT_ID	VARCHAR	No
	This column contains a list of all photos in the patient's history of photos. They may be images added to the chart or images that were submitted by the patient and ultimately rejected. To make this determination, see Photo History Approval Category (I DCS 50).
