PAT_PROBLEM_LIST

Description:

This table contains information about the problem list of a patient. It is based off the KB_SQL table PROBLEM_LIST_ID, and its function is to list the Problem List (LPL) IDs of each patient.

	The unique ID of the patient record for this row. This column is frequently used to link to the PATIENT table.

	The line number for the information associated with this record. Multiple pieces of information can be associated with this record.
3	PROBLEM_LIST_ID	NUMERIC	No
	The unique ID of the problem(s) listed for the patient record of this row.
