	Stores an audit trail of values that represent the earliest possible effective date for a problem's disease status as of a particular edit. The corresponding latest possible date is stored in column HX_DISEASE_STATUS_END_DATE on table PROB_DIS_STAT_END_DATE_HX. If these values are the same for a particular row, then the date for that row is exact rather than fuzzy.
