	The line number for the information associated with this contact. Multiple pieces of information can be associated with this contact.

	The date of this contact in calendar format.

	The unique ID of the note for the plan of care.
6	SPOC_NOTE_CSN	NUMERIC	No
	This item contains a link to a note contact. The note contact can be used to determine what the note contained in a particular version.

	The purpose category ID for the plan of care. The purpose is used to classify the note and match it to the section which contains its definitions.
