Description:

This table is used to extract the Team Contact (I EPT 34108) item, which represents whether the provider is a team contact for the patient for the related team entry in the Assigned Via Team (I EPT 34107) item for each line in the treatment team.

	The unique contact serial number for this contact. This number is unique across all patient encounters in your system. If you use IntraConnect, this is the Unique Contact Identifier (UCI).

	The line number of the associated treatment team in this patient's contact. Together with PAT_ENC_CSN_ID, this forms the foreign key to the HSP_TRTMT_TEAM table.
3	VALUE_LINE	INTEGER	No
	The line number of one of the multiple treatment team members that are associated with the patient encounter and the treatment team from the HSP_TRTMT_TEAM table.
4	PAT_ID	VARCHAR	No
	The unique ID of the patient record for this row. This column is frequently used to link to the PATIENT table.
5	PAT_ENC_DATE_REAL	FLOAT	No
	A unique, internal contact date in decimal format. The integer portion of the number indicates the date of the contact. The digits after the decimal distinguish different contacts on the same date and are unique for each contact on that date. For example, .00 is the first/only contact, .01 is the second contact, etc.
6	CONTACT_DATE	DATETIME	No
	The date of this contact in calendar format.
7	TEAM_CONTACT_YN	VARCHAR	No
	Indicates whether the provider is a team contact for the corresponding team addition line in the treatment team for this patient. May contain organization-specific values: No Category Entries: No Yes
