Receives queries from Public Health organizations for additional or updated information following the submission of the Outgoing Initial Public Health Case Report. Follows the IHE profile for Cross Community Access (XCA and XDS.b) and Sending Clinical Documents via the Direct protocol. The outgoing response is formatted the same as the Outgoing Initial Public Health Case Report.
