	Unique identifier for the patient education title to which the point is attached to. It is stored in internal format and can be used to link to the teaching title (IED) master file.
6	PAT_PNT_STATUS_C_NAME	VARCHAR	No
	A category item that specifies each point's status. May contain organization-specific values: No Category Entries: Active Resolved Deleted
7	PAT_POINT_KEY	VARCHAR	No
	The education point key for patient education record. This is a string of Title^Topic^Point

	Unique identifier for the patient education points. It is stored in internal format and can be used to link to the teaching point (IED) master file.

	The unique identifier for the note record associated for a My Point. My Point is a patient education point created on the fly and does not have an IED record associated with it.

	The contact date for the note record associated for a My Point. My Point is a patient education point created on the fly and does not have an IED record associated with it.
11	POINT_FIRST_DOSE_MEDICATION_ID	NUMERIC	No
	The unique ID of the medication record associated with a first-dose education point. This is blank for points that are not associated with first-dose education for a medication.
