EXPECT_DISCH_DISP_HX

Description:

This is the expected discharge disposition table. It will track the changes made to the patient's expected discharge disposition throughout the encounter. This table contains the data about the expected discharge disposition (I EPT 11090), the user that made the change (I EPT 11091) and the date and time that the expected discharge disposition was entered (I EPT 11092).
