This table contains event dates information for Home Health episodes. This information can be entered manually in the Episode of Care Information form in Intake. For certain events, such as Admit, Discharge, and SOC, the information is triggered automatically.

	Stores the time and date when an event type was last updated for a Home Care episode. If an event is not updated after being created then this item will contain the same value as Summary Block / Episode record (HSB) 27408.

	The unique ID associated with the user who most recently edited the event in this row. This column is frequently used to link to the CLARITY_EMP table.
