	The line number for the information associated with this contact. Multiple pieces of information can be associated with this contact.
3	PAT_ENC_DATE_REAL	FLOAT	No
	A unique contact date in decimal format. The integer portion of the number indicates the date of contact. The digits after the decimal distinguish different contacts on the same date and are unique for each contact on that date. For example, .00 is the first/only contact, .01 is the second contact, etc.
4	CONTACT_DATE	DATETIME	No
	The date of this contact in calendar format.
5	PROV_ID	VARCHAR	No
	The ID of the service provider the patient has indicated they prefer for an encounter for the coordination type specified (in I EPT 97204). This item is populated for provider type (SER) service providers.

	The address ID of the service provider the patient has indicated they prefer for an encounter for the coordination type specified (in I EPT 97204). This item is populated for provider type (SER) service providers.

	The ID of the service provider the patient has indicated they prefer for an encounter for the coordination type specified (in I EPT 97204). This item is populated for location (EAF) type service providers.

	Department ID of service provider the patient has indicated they prefer for an encounter, for the coordination type specified in the Pat Preferred Service Provider - Coordination Type (I EPT 97204).
