	The line number for the information associated with this record. Multiple pieces of information can be associated with this record.
3	REG_HX_PAT_CSN	NUMERIC	No
	The unique contact serial number for the patients affected by this event. This number is unique across all patient encounters in your system. If you use IntraConnect, this is the Unique Contact Identifier (UCI).
4	REG_HX_PAT_DEPT_ID	NUMERIC	No
	The unique ID of the login department of the patients affected by the event. This column is used for tracking confirmation errors.
