This column stores the unique identifier for the series answer record.
2 CONTACT_DATE_REAL FLOAT No
A unique contact date in decimal format. The integer portion of the number indicates the date of contact. The digits after the decimal distinguish different contacts on the same date and are unique for each contact on that date. For example, .00 is the first/only contact, .01 is the second contact, etc.
3 CONTACT_DATE DATETIME No
The date of this contact in calendar format.
4 CONTACT_SERIAL_NUM NUMERIC No
The contact serial number (CSN) of the contact.
5 CONTACT_NUM INTEGER No
This column stores the contact number of the series answer record.
6 CM_CT_OWNER_ID VARCHAR No
The Community ID (CID) of the instance that owns this contact. This is only populated if you use IntraConnect.
7 FORM_ID VARCHAR No
This column stores the ID of an individual questionnaire in a questionnaire series record.
8 FORM_ID_FORM_NAME VARCHAR No
The name of the form associated with the questionnaire.
9 QUESTIONNAIRE_CSN NUMERIC No
This column stores the questionnaire's contact date (DAT) in a series of questionnaires.
