UAE
Organizations in the UAE can exchange HL7 CDA documents using Care Everywhere to connect to other health systems that care for patients.
Epic also uses interfaces to give pharmacies the ability to send prior requests to the Dubai Health Post Office (DHPO) and to the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD). As soon as a request is approved by a payer, the pharmacy can dispense the prescription and submit a claim.
